Refund policy

Plants or Snails dead on arrival: In the event your order arrived in bad condition please take a photo immediately BEFORE opening the package.  All snail orders include 10% or more additional snails in the case one or two do not make it during delivery. One or two deceased snails do not merit a refund or replacement. 

 

3D prints are not refundable and subject to geomoetrical errors during print. No print will make it to shipment if we do not feel its quality is the best it can be within our ability.
